We prefer everyone reads Our Return Policy before making a purchase.

 

Our partner's Return Policy does not cover size exchanges and ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you receive damaged items or your package gets lost in the mail.

FAQ's

Can I track my order?

Absolutely!! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email

What happens if a Wrong Address was given?

If you provided a wrong address and the address given was an undeliverable address, the package will be sent back to our fulfillment center. We will then contact you and ask you how you would like to proceed from there. If you would like the package re-shipped to you at the correct address, re-shipping fees will be paid by you  

What if my package gets lost in the mail?

If your package gets lost in the mail, we will gladly re-ship your order to you at no cost to you. Before reaching out to us, call the carrier first to see if there are any delivery instructions left by the driver. If you're still unable to locate the package, then contact us and we will get your package out to you. Note: If the carrier confirms the package was delivered, we will not re-ship the order

What if my items were damaged during shipping?

If your items were damaged during shipping, we will gladly re-ship your items to you at no charge. Within 14 days of delivery, contact Customer Support to receive a Return Authorization and submit pictures to KingpinsReturns@gmail.com

 

What if my items are damaged or I receive the wrong order?

If you receive damaged items or the wrong order, within 14 days of delivery, contact Customer Support to receive a Return Authorization and submit pictures to KingpinsReturns@gmail.com

We always work hard to get the correct order and undamaged items out to you. Receiving damaged items or the wrong order is a rare occurrence but errors may happen. We work hard on quality and always want to exceed customer expectations 

Can I cancel my order?

All orders Kingpin's receives are made when we receive those orders. If you would like to cancel your order, go to the store where you completed your order and fill out a form at the bottom of the stores footer stating you would like to cancel your order. If we have not yet began to work on your order, it will be cancelled. But if we already began to fulfill your order, we cannot cancel it
