**Return Policy for Kingpin's Street Style**

**NOTE: All Returns Must Obtain a Return Authorization BEFORE returning any products. Always contact us first to receive a Return Authorization and correct instructions for your specific return. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Any Claims for:

1. **Damaged/Defective or Misprinted Items**: Any damaged/defected or misprinted items must be returned within 14 days from day of delivery. It will be replaced and reshipped at our expense. Please take pictures of the damaged/defective items and submit them to this email: KingpinsReturns@gmail.com 

We will gladly reship your order at no cost to you.

2. **Items Damaged in Mail**: If items are damaged during shipping, take pictures and submit them to the email KingpinsReturns@gmail.com

within 14 days of delivery. We will reship your order at no cost to you 

3. **Lost Items in the Mail**: If an item is lost in the mail, please first check with your mail carrier for any delivery instructions. If the package cannot be located, contact our Customer Support. Note: We will not reship if the carrier confirms the package was delivered.

4. **Wrong Address**: If a wrong address is provided and the address is an undeliverable address, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center. We will reship the package after obtaining the correct address and the reshipment cost will be paid by you

5. **Size Exchanges**: We advise customers to order the correct size using our chart. Due to products being made to order, we do not accept returns and/or size exchanges. 

6.**Face Masks**. Due to COVID-19 Restrictions and print on demand constraints, we cannot accept any face mask returns

7.**Can I modify or cancel my order?** You cannot modify an order once it is placed. Our products are made to order and are produced right after an order is placed to ensure faster delivery. If you have changed your mind about the purchase, you can request to cancel the order using the form on the store's footer. If the production of the order has not started yet, we will be able to cancel your order. 

It is our determination to treat each customer as the royalty that they are!! Please know we are a small business and want our customers to be crowned with style!!

  1. RETURNS: We do apologize because at this time we do not allow size exchanges due to print on demand constraints. For items received that are damaged or defective, returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at www.kingpinsstreetstyle.com or KingpinsReturns@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Be sure to include the items order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we've received your return. Besides damaged or defective items and packages lost in the mail, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  2. RETURN SHIPPING: Shipping instructions will be included with your Return Authorization. 
  3. INELIGIBLE ITEMS: The following items are not eligible for a refund: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products. Any face masks and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges, at management discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
  4. FORM OF PAYMENT: Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Disclaimer: The address listed below should only be used for products returns. Before sending any products back to Kingpin's, contact Customer Support first to ensure you receive a Return Authorization, that correct procedure is being utilized, return details are obtained and correct return addresses are used, among other details.

What Happens to Returned Items?

There are several reasons why a package can be returned to the sender, but more often, it is due to an

  • Undeliverable address. 

Other instances include:

  • The package being unclaimed at customs
  • Refused/returned by customer 

If a product is returned, it'll be shipped back to our fulfillment center and will be placed in temporary returns storage up to 14 days. 

We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed or change the shipping address if you wish to have the package reshipped at your expense.

At the end of 14 days, all unclaimed returns will be donated to charity.

Please note:

  • When reshipping your order, new shipping charges will be applied and paid by you unless it is a damaged/defective item 
  • Any returns that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense
